Last week I took a sewing class with a few fabulous bloggers – Elizabeth, Annelise and Christy at Grey’s Fabrics and Notions in the South End (thanks for organizing Annelise!). I definitely learned a thing or two about sewing (I’m such an amateur) and to be quite honest, I don’t think I’ll be quitting my day job anytime soon…
My pillow made it out of the store in one piece thanks to Sarah (the owner) – I did a lot of my pillow, but Sarah helped big time. So a big thanks to her!

My ‘kindness’ today – this morning I stopped in at Starbucks before I headed off to work (hi ho, hi ho…) and got a latte for myself as well as Meg. I hand-delivered it to Meg’s apartment on my way to the office.
She was happy as a clam!
I also texted my awesome Uncle Danny (my uncle and godfather) to wish him a Happy Birthday! I hope he’s enjoying himself.
